Issue with Inner Window Seal and Sash Channel Assembly

First, thank you to everyone with all the insightful tips - this forum is a fantastic resource. I'm ticking through a handful of final issues and have been unsuccessful searching older threads.

One of the problems that I've encountered involves being able to fully roll up both the driver and passenger side window once the inner window seal (inner felts) has been put in place. I assume that the sash channel assembly is coming into contact with the bottom of the inner window seal which is creating the issue. Note, when the inner felts have been removed, the windows fully roll up.

When the new window glass was installed, I did see some threads on problems associated with the glass setting rubber and chose to use the urethane windshield adhesive suggested by a few others. I'm doubtful that this would have caused the issue as the glass setting rubber is no where near the thickness of the gap between the top of the window and the Blazer top.

The inner window seals that I am trying to use are the CST ones with the chrome bead on the top. I'm also assuming that the the CST felts are largely constructed the same as the regular ones without the chrome bead.

Has anyone run into this issue? Thoughts?

Thanks!
