SPID Font Color
I am attempting to reproduce the SPID on my 66. The original is very faded along with the lettering of the options and VIN.
The font is now a gray color. Does anyone have an example of a better specimen or remember if the lettering was ever black or maybe a darker gray? I've seen some photos of other SPIDs and they almost look they may have been the same dark blue as the background colors. |

Re: SPID Font Color
Do you realize that those SPID stickers are already reproduced? There was someone here on the forum making them and they would even fill them in for you using the correct font. I did a quick search but could not find the member. They might have been from the '67-'72 forum.

Roam around these threads a bit and I think you can see what you need.
See post #10 in the following thread for a near mint example, and check the other link within that post. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=449332 |
