Got my grill

My grill came in today. Box looks like it has been to hell and back. Opened it up an dit is bent in about 4 places. Called the guys I bought it from, told them. They said they would issue a call tag to have FedEx pick it up and as soon as they get confirmation from FedEx they woulg get another one shipped out. So....we will see how it goes. As for quality and construction, I do not know what to compare it to, but it is pretty heavy and looks pretty good.

That sucks. Don't you just love it when crap like this happens. These companies need to start packaging stuff better. They should know by now how the shipping places treat their stuff.

Did you bend it back straight before or after you put it on? If the next one comes in bent I will probably just bend it back. But my thing is, when I buy something I want it to be right, I don't want it damaged.

No, you shouldn't have to bend it back. Now, they'll probably just bend this one back and ship it to you again, but at least it's the company having to deal with their packaging issues and not you.
