‘58 Apache Seat

What’s a good/easy substitute bench seat for a ‘58 Apache?

Thanks

Re: ‘58 Apache Seat

I used the seat from an '89 Chev standard cab truck, it fits like it was made for the truck...

The '89 brackets fit perfectly between the reinforcement ribs on the cab floor. Literally, like it was made for the '58.

Re: ‘58 Apache Seat

not mine but saw this in a 58 here in NZ today.

full bench seat, bucket styling, centre fold down, arm rests.....

owner said it was in there when he bought it over from states. looks to be sitting on factory rails/holes......

love to find out what it is ....

That looks great. Did you do anything to the cushion to narrow it up? When I was building my truck ack in the early '90s I was working on '88 and '89 trucks regularly. I measured several of the GMT400 seats and found they were 2" - 3" too wide. Maybe I just didn't find the right seats?
