Conversion tierod adjusters with tierods.

I have a set of cpp custom adjusters with napa premium tie rods. They have 68 outers for inners included. Adjusters are billet aluminum. They have 92 miles on them but have been mocked up on the truck for years. These are what you need if you have a drum brake truck that you are swapping to disc but you want to retain the stock earlier style drag link. I'd like to have $60for all, shipped . The adjusters alone were like 65$ back when I bought them.

Re: Conversion tierod adjusters with tierods.

Are your tie rods already installed? With a tierod adjuster? The 72 tierod will not fit into the 68 draglink...if it did I don't think you could get a nut on it. So maybe someone has changed your drag link as well. Do you have a picture? If they are not installed and you have just bought the 72 outters then you will need a set of these or you will need to change the draglink, adjusters and inners. Not only are the tappers different on the 71 and up but the threads are larger and opposite direction of earlier models. That's why you use 68 outers as inners with conversion adjusters.

This guy is correct! ^^^

I’ve been preaching this for years.
63-70 parts are different from 71-72 and different from 73-87.
