Big plans in Cali
How’s it going 47? My name is Wil, I’m in Riverside, CA. I’ve been here observing and searching the site for some time now. Now, I finally have some time on my hands to start working on my 1970 C10. I have no idea how long this build will take me, because I work full time and have teenagers who play multiple sports, but with this site, I’m sure I will be getting all the help I will need. It seems like I have a million questions to ask. Before I start asking, let me tell you what I have.
I have a 1970 C10 ¾ ton, Body is pretty solid with minimal rust. The truck came with a blown 383 stroker with turbo 350 tranny that was rebuilt two months prior to engine failure. I have big plans for this truck and I’ve already done some things to it. I will be getting into that from the beginning and hopefully til its 99%, because we know we are never complete. I am so excited! |

Thanks. I cut to shotted. plans were to put the 383 build back in, but I got my hands on an 05 Denali with LQ4. Now I want to see what I can take off the Denali for the truck build.
