Coil or leaf?
I was wondering what most people like better for a street truck, rear leaf spring or coil spring suspension? All else the same, truck will be lowered a few inches.

Re: Coil or leaf?
I think my 65 is the best riding truck I own. And we have jacked up highways. That coil rides smooth. I have a 4/6 suspension drop and low pro tires.

Re: Coil or leaf?
I love my coil spring truck! It rides very smooth, especially for it's age.

Re: Coil or leaf?
Torsion bars and coils! NASCAR took trailing arm idea from c10s. And we are back to torsion bars.

Re: Coil or leaf?
Coils are much better ride and handle better with a few tweaks.

Re: Coil or leaf?
I have 2 frames to choose from, 1 leaf and 1 coil. I think I will use the coil. Downside is someone torched the torsion bars off thinking they were going to bag it. Thanks

Re: Coil or leaf?
IMHO, coil springs/trailing arms is the best riding setup.
