prop valve
I got lucky and found a 14 bolt with a rear disc kit already installed, was wondering if i could use the prop valve off a newer disc to disc truck, instead of one from like inline tube?

Re: prop valve
When I did my swap on my 86 k30 I drove it for a little while without changing anything, the truck did stop but felt like I was pulling a 2000 lb trailer.
I left the factory proportioning valve and changed the master cylinder to one off a 1999 k3500 4x4 with 4wheel disc brakes. Truck stops amazing and will pretty much lock the tires up with a inch of pedal travel. Even the brake lines threaded in with no issue |
