67 steering help

Hey Guys! Got a question for somebody. I ve got a 67 2wd lwb that has what I think they called linkage mounted power steering since I went to front disc brakes and 255 tires it just doesnt seem to handle well at all. I am wanting to go to a more modern power steering set up, Can anybody tell what will fit and tell me what kind of problems I may encounter? Thanks. Todd

Your '67 probably doesn't have the indent in the frame for the 68/69 and up steering box. You will need to heat the frame and break out the BFH. Some guys have used spacers, but I wouldn't go that route. Check out this link
