2006 chevy L59 swap questions

I have a 2006 chevy L59 engine I want to put in my 1950 gmc. I do not intend to use E85. I will be using an in-tank fuel pump. Which fuel pump and regulator will be needed for these injectors? Will I just have to delete the computer flex fuel controls to have it work like a regular LM7?
