I have exactly what you need. Mine are painted white and have the arms and all hardware. I think I have 2 complete sets with good glass and a spare on or two without glass. Pics coming tonight.

I have a brand new set of stainless steel almost identical to the factory in interested.

The picture posted above by Carryall is an example of the Jr. West coast mirrors. Hopefully someone will step up and advise on the RV style. It could be the same.
