I've been playing with the search function but not quite finding what I'm looking for.
Can someone direct me to a good detailed door rebuild? My passenger window goes up and down roughly and the driver side gets stuck or it gets off it's track without guidance. The channel in the doors kinda goes up and down some when the windows move too. Shouldn't the channel stay in place? Both doors need new glass too either do to cracking or separation. The glass is perfectly flat right? I could take to a local place to get new glass cut?

Yes, it's flat glass. A good glass shop can replace your run channel, or you can do it yourself. I glued the channel into the doors so it can't move. Here's a helpful article:
