Paint Break Line on Door

I did a lousy job of documenting where all the color breaks were on my 66 two tone. After much searching I have found many pics where the exterior and interior paint changes on the doors. The only area I can't find is the door hinge area.

You can see the few pics I have of the truck before it was torn down that it is body color. Also, it looks like the hinges were painted while bolted to the cab. But what about the where the hinges are bolted to the door?

I don't have a pic of the front of the door without the hinges. Was the door and jamb in the hinge area painted with the door bolted to the truck?

Re: Paint Break Line on Door

Next question is where does the body color of the front of the door change to top body color at the top and the interior color at the bottom? I can see where a logical break at the top where the top body/interior/bottom body colors meet. But what about the lower part of the door where it transitions to the bottom?

Was it masked? Or just sprayed the body color and let the overspray fall where it may along the bottom of the door's interior color?
