Were the thin rings around the headlights originally bright and shiny chrome like the bumpers? Mine are pretty tarnished and I'm tempted to give them to my chrome guy along with the taillight rings.

I maybe wrong, but I believe they are stainless steel. Just use some metal polish and use a dremel polish pad/wheel. I bet they would clean up pretty nice.

Ok, guess I'll just leave them then. Was hoping you'd say they were chrome so I'd have an excuse to send more parts to chrome lol. They don't look bad in stainless, I'll probably wet sand them and polish. That is, if they don't slice my fingers off in the process.
