WTB: 63-66 GMC K1000 rear axle
Looking for a rear axle off a GMC 4x4. This is the Dana/Spicer 44 that was used on GMC trucks, not the corporate axle that came on Chevys. Thanks

Re: WTB: 63-66 GMC K1000 rear axle
I'm in Wilsall, MT, and have a pair of axles from a 64 GMC K2000 If you'd be interested in them.
The front is the standard closed knuckle 44 and the rear is a 60. 4.56 ratios in both, and they will need brake work done. |

Thanks for the offer Pope. However, I hope to stay with the original Dana 44, although the 60 sure would beef it up.
