Stereo
My dash was cut poorly by a previous owner. Poking around on the wish app I came across this retro look stereo with Bluetooth and whatnot for $18 plus shipping. It has knobs and doesn't look out of place. It doesn't have a CD player but I do everything in my phone now anyways. Sounds good and looks good too if you need a stereo that looks good in our trucks and doesn't break the bank. I also bought a 64sq ft roll of sound deadener for $28. I'm going to get it down this weekend and I'll post pics and thoughts on how well it works. It was cheap enough to give a go.

Re: Stereo
Nice! One of the previous owners of my truck, also hacked up the dash for a modern stereo. I had to fabricate a similar solution for my radio that has been converted to AM/FM stereo and MP3 player.

Re: Stereo
I saw the one you posted for sale on Facebook. Looks like a good solution. Does it fit the standard rectangular hole that gets chewed in the dash of almost every old car and truck?

Re: Stereo
Ha ha, that's me. I ordered one, then my wife ordered me one for Christmas. It fits the rectangle after it's been chewed up. By a rabid beaver in my case, seriously looks like they did it with a rock.
