Front hub assemblies
Hi gang,.
While getting ready to change out the brakes parts, I had to first remove the drum from the hub assembly. They were revited on- go firgure. I was cleaning out of old greasy and washing the hub out, I noticed one of the lips are flairds where the back side of the race stop rest. That can't be right and I'd like you consider changing the hub. Does anyone have a source for hubs for out 60 gmcs? Thanks

Re: Front hub assemblies
Are you talking about where the seal bore is?
Is that what is messed up? I don't see anything wrong with the bearing bore. I see the four little "Shelves" the bearing sits on. |

Re: Front hub assemblies
Yes the four little shelves the back of the barring race sit on has a pretty good flaired lip. I guess I could reuse it, but if I can find a replacement I would switch it out.
Thanks
