My '67 stepside had a 2-1/2" difference between the right rear and left rear. Replaced front and rear springs, which made no change (although the front springs can make a difference in the rear stance). Took it to some old-timers here that do frame repair, and yup.... the frame was tweaked. They stated that a huge load had been placed in the bed on the left side, bending the frame. Took them about 30 minutes to straighten it back up. I now have 1/2" difference between left and right, which is acceptable.
