Anybody have a loose C10/R10 spindle?
I'm looking for a measurement of the tie rod hole taper on the steering arm.
Many thanks in advance! |

Re: Anybody have a loose C10/R10 spindle?
dont know if this helps but should be 1.5" per foot tapper or 7* .
then its just how much you punch the hole with it for the size joint going in to engage the nut for the full hole to line up for the cotter pin .

Re: Anybody have a loose C10/R10 spindle?
Thanks for the reply!
I found info I was after. The stud on the TRE 73-91 outer is 1" taper length with 3/4" to 9/16" roughly. Someone was trying to tell me the 73-91 spindles tie rod holes weren't that big. Though I was losing my mind! |
