Re: My truck’s new girlfriend
nice boat, Im guessing thats lake Britton? , its the only lake big enough thats close to you , I used to go to Hat Creek all the time since I was a kid, my parents used to own property there and eventually retired and moved up there, they are both gone now , so hardly ever get up there , their place was on Doty Rd , the 2 story log house, not sure if you are familiar with that area, me and my boys used to deer hunt up there alot, I hunted up there since I was a kid, you live in a great place!

Re: My truck’s new girlfriend
Looks like a Biesemeyer, my dad had 59' Biesemeyer with his 59' El Camino when I was a kid, both red and white. Looks great.

Re: My truck’s new girlfriend
You are correct! The guy I bought it from bought it from is the son of the guy that bought the molds from Biesemyer, modified them and started his own company. They built 20 hulls sold all but the one I bought which was their demonstration model. I’m the second owner. Cool you recognized the hull!

Re: My truck’s new girlfriend
Hard not to recognize that hull. Use to go to the different reservoirs in southern California and our yearly camping trip to Bass Lake up by Yosemite.

Re: My truck’s new girlfriend
I recognized that hull too. My dad also has a 59 Biesemeyer with a nailhead (can’t see it but it’s under the cover). It’s got a v-drive instead of a jet.

Re: My truck’s new girlfriend
How long is that boat? Mine is 17’, need to change the seating in mine. I’d like to put two seats in front and a bench in back but it’s gonna be tight with my engine so far forward
