Any of the vendors on the board can get one. I just ordered a hidden receiver hitch from www.gmcpauls.com today.

I put a Hidden Hitch brand receiver on mine. You can get them several places but I git mine form JC Whitney for $105.00 delivered to me. On my 3/4 ton I had to drill 2 out of 6 holes in the frame. Very nice design and just like the name they make them to stay hidden the best they can.

Hidden Hitch is the only brand that I use because of their focus on tucking them under the frames so that you don't have this hiddeous hitch hanging out the back. I have used several others on other vehicles.

Wow, 105 bucks...I might just have to look into that. My cass 4 hitch hangs so low, that going through a dirt parking lot my hitch would drag and even tried to high center (or would it be high offset in this case??) me one time. This was on the first Longhorn.
I doubt you'll find one that requires no drilling. Something to remember too, you may need to rerout your tail pipes and also relocate your spare.

I highly doubt but did these trucks ever come from the factory with hitches? I have never seen or heard of one. I guess they didnt have those kinda options then, they just gave the step bumper as an option for towing a trailer?

I put a $89 hitch from NAPA on my 68 C-20. Had some problems with the helper leaf spring brackets on the back of the frame. Got it to work with some drilling. The spare can remain in its usual location. Looks good and tucks right up under my chrome step bumper from NAPA. Got one of those hitch covers with "Genuine Chevrolet" on it from E-bay for $14. Pulls my 20' boat without too much trouble.
