When I started working on my 1970 GMC 20+ years ago, there was no such thing as a disk brake conversion. Other then the dropped spindles everything else I used was stock.
Then 37 years ago in 1983 I did the same thing on my 1967 Cutlass when converting to disk brakes. I just used parts off of multiple GM A bodies from 1970 to 1972. Who needs a friggin' brake conversion?
