Re: 62 Fan Shroud ???
The '63-'66's use a completely different fan shroud. You can buy them new from the aftermarket, or if you're real lucky, you can find a good used one.

Re: 62 Fan Shroud ???
Does this look like the original 62 radiator?
The reason I ask is my 62 shroud doesn't quite work with this radiator. It's like my radiator is about 1/2 too thick.

Re: 62 Fan Shroud ???
That appears to be an original '60-'62 radiator. I wonder if the shrouds were specific to the number of rows in the core?

Re: 62 Fan Shroud ???
I guess I'll add a spacer between that radiator and shroud.
I'll get some measurements and post them. I'm hoping to get others to post theirs for comparison. Either my radiator is a lot thicker than usual, or like you say; the shrouds were radiator specific. Posted via Mobile Device

Re: 62 Fan Shroud ???
I lined these three up for comparison.
It's hard to tell exactly, but they all look to have the same height mounting flange. Maybe the second pic's flange is a little taller. - Don't know.

I ran into that same problem when I went to the 3/4-ton 4-core radiator, and had to find the right shroud. The other two shrouds didn't fit it. -Brad

Re: 62 Fan Shroud ???
It could be I have a thicker radiator.
I took some measurements. The shroud sitting flat is 2-1/4" from mounting flange to barrel lip. . . And the Radiator is 2-3/4" thick from mounting flange to innermost surface. Posted via Mobile Device

Do the shrouds for the heavy-duty Radiator look the same other than a taller flange? Posted via Mobile Device

The one I had back in the 80's was surely the barrel type. Posted via Mobile Device

Re: 62 Fan Shroud ???
I realized I never posted back.
I ended putting in about a 3/8" spacer.
