BBC front spring
I'm looking to order new front spring for my '67 to get ready to drop my 454 in it. What size, weight wise, should I be looking to get?

Re: BBC front spring
Factory big block 1/2 ton trucks came with stock 3/4 ton front springs to carry the extra weight. I cut 1/2 coil off of new stock 3/4's to go with the 2-1/2" drop spindles on my 70 GMC, came out perfect.

Re: BBC front spring
Coil length and diameter are the same. The only difference is the diameter of the coil itself
