Drop spindles for 1955 2nd series
To achieve the slammer look I like in my truck I’ve had to bottom out my coil overs and let’s just say the ride is ok and I get a loud knock when I hit a pot hole , so I called CPP and I’m looking for a 2-2.5” drop spindle so I get get the lowered look but get some bump out of my suspension! So the numbers come back as a G-body spindle or a camaro spindle , so I’m assuming I just buy drop spindles for either and theyll work right or would the spindles off a factory c10 work minus the fact that I need a 5x4.75 bolt pattern
Curious as too what some of you are running . Last edited by MALIBLOC; 05-20-2020 at 09:30 AM. Reason: Spelling error |

Re: 329354 RH spindle question
C 10 is an entirely different spindle than the G body.S-10. Camaro never used the Metric spindle or that G body and S 10 use. They used the same as B body though 81 and then went to struts in 82 and ran metric rotors and calipers.

It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around. |

Re: 329354 RH spindle question
thats not g body its gm intermediate which does share with the second gen camaro. it probably came back as monte carlo which is g body in later form but intermediate early.

Re: 329354 RH spindle question
Dang, I knew that tool 73/77 Chevelle, Regal, Cutlass and Tempest. I've swapped front end parts from those to the second gen Camaros more than once when we had to use wrecking yard parts rather than new parts.
Camaros never went to the G body/S-10 A arms or spindles. The dirt track brigade mixes and matches some pieces to use the B body 12 inch rotors on G bodies but it isn't viable for a street rig.

Re: 329354 RH spindle question
if 329354 is the number on your spindle, those should work.
