67-72 Intermediate Steering Shaft coupler
Ok,
Gotta love this. My son while removing rust from the intermediate steering shaft has misplaced some crucial parts. Does anyone have any info on who makes the pot joint coupler kit. I am in need of a retaining clip (left in driveway and run over), and the square peg nut which attaches inside the coupler. I have found that Crown International makes a coupler kit but it’s for Jeeps. Anyone have experience to know if these are compatible? Attached are pictures of the parts. |

You could always buy a replacement shaft and bolt it in...

Try here: https://www.quadratec.com/search/768...0shaft%20parts From what I've read the '76-'86 Jeep steering parts fit. I used the rubber boot and it fits great. Page 2 has the parts you're looking for. Good Luck.

Thanks for the reply! I was looking at those and wasn’t sure if they would fit. I’ll give it a try since they have a full coupler kit. One would think a classic truck would supply and cross reference these as an oem replacement since they aren’t available. Ordering one today!
