Turnsignal Switch

I'm looking for a replacement turnsignal switch for my 66 GMC 3/4. Everywhere I look, I see switches that say they will work for the chevy's, but not the GMC's, I dont know where to look, or how to repair the switch itself. Is my only chance getting one from a junker?

Thanks,
Max

I got a new switch for my 63 GMC from Brother's out of california. I'm pretty sure they have the one for your year truck. If you still have the factory harness, it should plug right in. I had to move wires in mine because my painless wiring harness is coded to Chevy, not GMC. I believe the web address is brotherstruckparts.com cost was $70

Come to think of it, I have a switch for the 64 to 66 chevy but should also work for the 65 and 66 GMC's. It is brand new, but is missing the ground wire and contact clip. You may have to change the wire locations. I'd sell it for $30 Plus shipping. The guy's at Brother's could verify if it would work or not. Let me know if you are interested.
