1972 K5 Blazer Hard Top side glass OEM marking question

Hello everyone! Today I’m needing some help understanding some terms found on Blazer hard top side glass. I’m trying to locate a replacement for one side. The good OEM glass I have states “SAFETY PLATE” while another forum member’s OEM glass states “SAFETY FLO-LITE” (I’ve used his photo, thank you). I have also confirmed this forum member’s glass measures to .200” thick which I have been told is correct for the double walled top. Also can anyone confirm that the same glass was used on both sides ie one side will have stamping shown as a mirror image?

Re: 1972 K5 Blazer Hard Top side glass OEM marking question

I believe there are only single part numbers for side glass one each for single vs double wall tops. As such there is no right vs left - I believe the the glass is designed to go either on right or left.

Date code and other details such as thickness can be found here: http://www.camaros.org/glass.shtml

There is a somewhat local guy to me that is selling side glass from his top. He was hauling one back home and the top fell off and broke but the sides were salvageable lol
