Seat install - How do these springs go?

Not sure where that small spring goes? Across the long spring? Or across the connecting rod?

Re: Seat install - How do these springs go?

if you're referring to either one of these, those are for jack and tire tools..

when I reinstalled my 65 seat, I installed both brackets and the connecting rod on the seat, then set it in the truck and bolted it down..

good luck!

Correct.
Although there is a spring for the seat. You'll see a hole in the seat bracket you show that one end goes through. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...80&postcount=3
