Standard Cab vs Deluxe Cab - how do I know which one I have?
This is a 1963 C20, and the cab has only one armrest on the drivers door. This makes me think it is a Standard Cab, however, I am not sure. It also came with the standard heater, and the window glass does not have a metal frame around it; small rear window.
Are there any other indicators to determine one or the other? The reason I am asking, I am looking to buy a weatherstrip kit for the windows, and the catalog from The Truck Shop (Orange CA) lists these two options.

The weatherstrip for the windows is based on whether the glass was framed or not. Weatherstrip for a framed glass will be too loose on non-framed. Weatherstrip for non-framed will be too tight for framed glass

Does framed glass have anything to do with it being a Standard or Deluxe cab? That's what I am trying to figure out, which kit do I buy?

No, the framed glass doesn't matter. If you are getting a windshield gasket, make sure you get the correct one. The standard windshield gasket does not have a slot for the windshield trim. The difference in what you are looking at is probably that

Glass with a frame is laminated safety glass. Glass without is tempered glass. I have noticed the changeover seemed to start in '63.

The Deluxe option was independent of the standard rear window or the panoramic rear window. There was a Custom Comfort option. There was also a Custom Appearance option. A good thread on the subject - http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=589482

known as "Custom Cab". All individual "custom" options were ordered independently of one another. The ONLY exception was with the 1965-66 "Custom Camper" option, which included a small group of these deluxe items in a package. This idea of "Custom Cab" is (and was) so prevalent, that this incorrect term occasionally appears on typed or handwritten sales order sheets at the time of original purchase. Again, it does not appear on factory option lists anywhere. If just two common sources of 60-66 confusion were to magically be cleared up, those being hubcap fitment, and what a "custom cab" is, then we would have far less to discuss here on the forum. lol.
