Just a kid with a truck

I'm 17, and last fall I bought this 1969 C20 for 450$, and built it up with help from these forums. It's got a 250 6 cylinder and 4 speed manual trans. I did a disc brake swap from an 80's C20. I've been daily driving it the past couple weeks and I'm loving it. It's not clean, or fast, or pretty, but I'm having fun.

The truck when I got it:

Original locking rim wheels

Cheap 8 lug steelies and free tires (and my 4x4 '51 Buick Super)

Welcome! Looks like a fun project on hand. I was also 17 when I got my 63. I love seeing young peeps like myself keeping these trucks on the road

Not a bad start at all! Welcome to the best forum around! Of course we are picture oriented and need more pics of both vehicles! You can put your Buick in the alternate tinkerings forum. I think your truck looks tough!
