They won't. You type in Chevrolet and the next box, 'MAKE' stalls. Just to check I tried Checker [as in cabs] and they make all kinds of anti-splash nozzles for them. You might be able to kitbash their product onto an in-bed tank, but if they don't support Chevy, I wouldn't bother.

As far as over filling my in-cab tank. I usually just go to the first tenth of a gallon above the click-off. If I'm on the road and gonna hit the freeway right after topping off, I'll go all the way. Usually in the Summer I won't cram the fuel, as -- even with the best sealed gas cap -- once the whole body gets heated up by the Sun, it will seep out.
NO Smoking around a leaky gas cap.
