Amen, I say. I felt like a gong clanging in the wind on this one. Mine have been on the truck for ten years now without a problem. Way easier than the machine work on the Wagoneer drums. Regards, Steve aka slorio |

Re: Where to find GMC rear brake drums??
I just ordered a rear drum brake rebuild kit from www.earlyclassic.com for my '72 c10. They have kits for years '60-'72 5 lug and 6 lug. Their description for the kit says they only use GM and Raybestos parts. I haven't seen the parts yet, but I will today or tomorow depending on the weather. The kitsame include: wheel cylinders, shoes, drums, springs, adjusters, everything but the backing plates. All for about $240. I'm excited to replace my screeching rear brakes and my very old and abused wheel cylinders.lol.

Re: Where to find GMC rear brake drums??
I went with the NAPA 1972 K10 rear drum, 11x2", worked perfectly.
