I don't have any experience with those particular fittings, but parker push lok is the same concept. It had been used in many different automotive applications. The push on lines can be easily replaced.

I'm my research, the drawbacks are that there is no ethanol-proof hose, the cut end is not as resilient, and they are very sensitive to heat. If you can properly size for a radiator, probably a great choice. I think a trans cooler might be a little suspect. if you measure the outlet temp on the trans, it could be really close to the limit.
