Frame Differences
Quick question - I want to put a 73-80 cab and front clip on a 81-87 frame. My understanding is that you need to use the mounts that go with the frame. Any other differences that I would run into, or is that it? New to these squares and I want to make sure before pulling the trigger on the frame!
Thanks

Re: Frame Differences
Unless you're willing to do some fabrication, the front bumper will need to stay with the frame. The frame horns are different where the bumper attaches.

Re: Frame Differences
I put a 75 body on an 80's frame. Two of the bolt holes for the bed didnt line up but it was easy enough to drill the holes into the frame. I suspect a 73-74 bed would also have the same issue.
