This might be a stupid question
Hello
After years of my old 65 sitting in a field in Texas it didn’t much for the front or rear suspension I’m looking to replace the panhard bar with rubber bushings and also rear leaf spring bar bushings they are completely shot on my truck. Does Moog make these parts I’m finding several Moog numbers for rear leaf spring bar and finding none for panhard bar any help greatly appreciate Thanks Pete |

Re: This might be a stupid question
Do you have coil springs in the rear or leaf springs? The coil spring rear uses a panhard bar to center the axle. There's 2 arms that go to the front of the truck, but those aren't springs.
The leaf spring trucks don't have a panhard bar because the leafs also keep the axle centered

Re: This might be a stupid question
You'll need to be more specific. There are 2 rear suspension types: Leaf Spring & Truck Arm.
The T/A is an I-beam construction. Is that what you're calling "bars"? Truck Arm mount & Panhard Bar bushings: https://gmcpauls.com/Suspension.htm https://gmcpauls.com/pictures/6072re...armbushing.jpg
