Help with front axel

OK here's what i am doing. I put mono leafs in the front. Changed from a 3/4 ton front axel to a 1/2 ton. Now i have to make sure it is square in the frame. Where's a good place to measure from? I want to make sure it goes straight down the road. It's on a 58. Thanks johnj
