Greetings from New York

Hello all,

I signed up on this site about six months ago, but my account was never confirmed, which means I didn't have any privileges. But that didn't deter me from researching and learning about 67-72 trucks as I was seeking to purchase a Suburban. A couple of months ago I was finally able to locate and purchase a 1972 Suburban 4x4 3/4 ton K20 which I'm planning to restore. I had sent several emails trying to get my account activated so I could participate, but nothing worked. Finally, in a Hail Mary, I paid for a Premium account and boom, my privileges were granted and here I am!

Here are some photos of the truck on my Google drive:

Wish me luck, I've got a lot of work ahead with this project

Cheers,
Nick

I live in NYC, but the Suburban is around Katonah as I prepare to restore it.

I love fly fishing in the Catskills, especially around Roscoe / Livingston Manor. Whereabouts are you?

Regards,
Nick
