What is it for ?
While doing some disassembling on my 72 I found out that it use to be a stick shift. I notice next to the fuse panel there are two relays, The one with two prongs red & green wires. The other one has 4 prongs, This on has 4 prongs 3 regular & 1 a little larger with a square hole in the middle of the of the prong. I'm guessing this could have been V8 or 6 with a stick. On the 4 prong there are noe wires around to fit it ???

Re: What is it for ?
Without seeing it, my guess is it might be a TCS, an early emissions device. It's useless.

Re: What is it for ?
If the first one had three prongs with green, red and black wires, then it would be your horn relay.

Re: What is it for ?
The only two OEM relays that I know in that area are, as mentioned, the Horn and TCS relay. The heater relay is usually on the passenger side behind the glove box.
The one in your photo google searches out to be the TCS relay. I typed "6270432 relay" into a web search and got several hits talking about the TCS unit. Most all people will remove that relay and the associated wires from their build, unless they're going for concourse correct. Make sure your horn still works before yanking stuff out...lol.
