new to this

Hi everyone, My name is Tim, I am new to this. I currently was given a 1967 c20. It has the long bed, the big center hub with 8 bolt pattern wheel. I want to convert it to a c10. My question is. This is new to me but I am familiar around tools. I would consider myself a beginner. I want to do the the project myself. what would be the best place to start . Thank you guys for your time.

Re: new to this

Welcome! The stuff you are talking about has definitely been done by others. Mongo pointed you in the right direction. It's also fun and worthwhile to read the build thread section. You'll find guys that have made that conversion to half-ton running gear.
