Re: Interesting You tube video on AD truck sheet metal work

I'd say we both need some prodding, The wind is blowing 20 mph right now and I don't have any place to work inside.

Re: Interesting You tube video on AD truck sheet metal work

hey Brian, do you have a link to your channel?
it's kinda funny about the miata, been there, you just gotta finish his project for him so you can get your space back. they stall out just like we do and sometimes they need a little help when they get over their head. they tend to go away rather than face the problem and/or ask for some help.

I don't have a channel with anything of use for you. I have one video on drawing flames on it, that's it.

Re: Interesting You tube video on AD truck sheet metal work

I just watched the flame video. Now I'll have to dig the doodle pad out.

Now I wish I had had time to take some art and photography classes in high school but 2 hrs of auto shop each day in my Jr and Sr years ate up most of my time for fun electives.

Re: Interesting You tube video on AD truck sheet metal work

I used to draw flames and drew a lot of cars when I was a kid, Still draw cars but can only do a straight on side shot. I never got a handle on the angle thing.

Re: Interesting You tube video on AD truck sheet metal work

This is on my garage wall, it's a dream drawing I made in 1977 probably during a math class or something. LOL

At that time my truck still had the flat bed and long wheel base 3/4 ton frame. So funny, looks like my truck now. I need to get back to it!

Re: Interesting You tube video on AD truck sheet metal work

This was done in an art class in high school 1977. It shows my life!

I love my garage covered with memories like this. I have a lot of treasures that mean a lot to me that could have easily been thrown away. So blessed to have them.

Re: Interesting You tube video on AD truck sheet metal work

From the looks of that it appears that we could know Brian as an illustrator / automotive cartoonist rather than a skilled metal pounder.

Re: Interesting You tube video on AD truck sheet metal work

I may get to know him better as Boise is a good take a break from driving spot on the way from Toppenish to Wendell and we no doubt will be making a lot of trips to Wendell so we can see the grand baby after this year.
