First, when you go to post, use the regular Post Reply button, not the quick reply. Then you scroll down the page to where it says Manage Attachments. Click on this button and then find the pic on your hard drive. Upload it to the forum and click submit. It can't be too big or else the forum software will not take it. Use a photo editing program to resize it if it's too big and try again.

i have an xp home version what can i use to resize a pic all them are like only 12 or so

I prefer Irfanview. It is free software from www.irfanview.com. Very easy to use, and the price is right...
