Re: WTB: NP205 mount and support rod
Had them for TH400 & TH350 on the earlier trucks when you still got a np205 in a 3/4 ton. I should have a strut, crossmember, converter cover, and strut braces that go to engine mounts for a TH400. Problem is, these are getting difficult to find--at least in my part of the country. I would have to get $250 shipped for the package. If you only need the strut and crossmember, I am probably not interested in breaking up the package.

This was a factory TH350/350. I sold that and picked up a 27 spline np205. Was going to try and do the mods and mate it with a 700r4. To be honest, I'm not sure that I really need a brace. I may rig something up from scratch.

Re: WTB: NP205 mount and support rod
Didn't they stop using them after the HD K transmissions started or was that just the support rods from the flywheel cover up to the motor mounts?

Re: WTB: NP205 mount and support rod
Do you know the size of the bolts that go to the side transfer case support rod?

One things for sure, the quickest way to crack the transmission housing is to add the side brace. There's a reason GM stopped using them.
