I contacted them through eBay yesterday. They do not have any in stock. I ask if they were making another run of these and the response was yes, next spring. The owner of Hickey Enterprises name is Eric but I'm not sure who was resonding to my questions. My opinion is he stopped comming on here because he got to much greaf from a few members about making aftemarkert parts useing the hickey name. He bought the company and the rights to use the brand and manufacture parts. I could be wrong about why he stopped coming here . Maybe it was his big D but hickey is on eBay.

From what I read, he kinda left the scene due to a divorce. I also read that the parts that were on sale are actually from his ex wife. I could be wrong but there is a thread about a few updates with him. He hasn't been around for a while.

If it was the divorce and his wife is the ebay seller, she must have control over manufacturing. whoever answered my questions said that they are going to do a run of the 71-72 205 knobs. maybe they both are owners of Hickey still. Hard telling not knowing. right.

Re: NP205 transfer case shift knobs NEW

Here is the email I got today from the company selling these 205 knobs. Hickey repops.
eBay
New message from: efromthed (1,298Red Star)
Great news...we were able to finally get our manufacturer to make us a run. It's been over a year since we could order. We will have knobs ready to ship in 6-8 weeks. Thanks again.

Re: NP205 transfer case shift knobs NEW

I got one from core shifters and it is round like a base ball. Not like the original in my 72 4X4. And they would not refund my monies.

Yeah Mike, I ask them to notify me . I will let you know. I am pretty sure it is Eric's x wife. she is selling girl stuff too on eBay. but there is Hickey things also listed. maybe they are on good terms. Here is an item that's not correct for 69-72 but it gives you an idea how much ours might cost.

Check with MotorcityK5.com
Mark purchased Eric's parts and inventory after he passed.

Re: NP205 transfer case shift knobs NEW

I ordered a Hickey NP 205 repop knob from a foreign company in Karlovy CZE. I was searching the web for a NP 205 knob and stumbled across this company, Smartvinar.com. They're in the Czek republic.

Knob cost $57.41, ordered on 05/06/22. Not real confident that I will ever get it, but thought I'd risk $57.41 to try. The payment processed normally on my Mastercard( $53.05 euros converted to US and a $1.76 foreign transaction fee), so I've got my fingers crossed.

If and when it arrives, I'll post a photo of it on forum.

I sent a message to Erik on Facebook and one of his parents replied with the same info. Hated to hear that, was always a pleasure doing business with him.
