Positive Camber with CPP drop spindles

Anyone else end up with severe positive camber after installing a set of CPP drop spindles? I am running a 3" lowering spring as well. Even with all the shims and spacers removed I think I would still be positive on the camber.

I have CPP Modular spindles but not a stock set-up otherwise as far as the x-member.

Do you have any pics you can share? That might generate some ideas or suggestions.

Getting back to this post to hopefully find a solution. I am using stock cross member and control arms. I installed CPP's 2.5" drop spindles and a 3" lowering spring. Truck is a 1966 GMC 1/2 ton. It looks like even if I removed all the shims and spacers from behind the upper control arms the arm would hit the frame before the camber would be corrected.

You can't measure camber until you get the weight on it. No engine/cab/etc will equal much positive camber.

This is an old picture. The fully assembled truck still has really bad positive camber

What does the camber look like? Having the upper control arms on the wrong side makes everything off. From the pictures they look flipped.

How much camber are you talking? Use a phone app to measure down to the tenths if you don't have a digital angle finder to check with.

I know having the uppers on the wrong sides will definitely skew the Caster.
Not sure how much it would impact Camber though. Weight on the chassis will make a difference.

I had a look at the assembly manual. I am pretty sure the controls arms are on the right sides. Looks like the angled side and the bump stop are to the rear. This is a photo of the passenger side



I stuck an angle gauge on the hub. It is showing 2 degrees. I am surprised it isn't more, it looks ridiculous looking at the wheel



I am going to pull all the shims and see where that gets me.

I was going to say remove any/all shims. Keep them tagged for the location they were pulled w/a pic for reference.
