Well it's a little unusual but I was getting 15mpg with my 350/350/203 setup on my '75. I think it was related to the 90hp and 6:1 compression.

I am getting about 12.5 mpg. I have a 91 4x4 blazer with 31x10.50 tires, a 700r4 tranny, and a stock 350. I must admit I don't use my overdrive much, because I don't get out on the open road that often. I mostly drive around town. I almost forgot, I have 3.73 gears. I do have an Accel coil and a K&N filter and filter lid. My exhaust consists of the stock converter and two tailpipes with no mufflers. I also have kind of a lead foot. Hope this helps.

I call BS on anything over 12 on a pre OD truck with anything but stock size tires and no lift. OD and FI with a light foot stock size tires, I might buy 16mpg. These trucks have worse airodynamics then a brick and once lifted it gets even worse.
My MPG as tracked with GPS is 9 on a 75 K5 with 4/6lift on 35's. Engine runs clean and will pass emmisions. my 79 stock hight with 31 bfgs would get 11 and it passed emmsions no problem as well. Both were 350/TH350/ converted 203. 79 had factory 3.73 and the 75 is on 4.10 Best I have ever managed out of my 88 2wd TH400 FI 454 burb with 3.73 and a 31.2 inch tall tire was 11.5. That was driving like a grandpa and not exceeding 65mph. All figures I used a GPS to track the miles so no speedo error for oversized tires or missing gear boxes on the speedo. The most acurate odometer I have right now is my Burb. Its off right at 1 mile per hundred but at 65 mph the speed 5mph reads fast. My Honda adds 3 miles per 100 and speedo reads fast. My 75 was pretty darn close when it was 4.10 with 32's. now its on 35's its slow and loses about 10 miles per 100. My supra was 2mph fast at 70 and less then .5 mile off per 100 traveled. Figure 10 mpg on pre OD and 13 mpg with OD no FI and 15 mpg OD with FI and it will be pretty close.

I get 9-10 mpg in my 74 4wd blazer. It has a 4in. lift, 35 BFG's, rebuilt 350, headers and dual glasspacks.
