Help me find information on this truck

I was looking at the gallery of pictures taken at the Brothers sponsored, C10's in the Park in Waxahachie, Texas Friday September 15 and Saturday September 16.
In the gallery there was a photo of a very nice bright red 64-66 Chevy C10.
I would be very interested in learning more about this truck in particular how the front inner fenders were modified to allow extra tire clearance.

If the owner of this truck, or if someone knows the owner, hopefully a member of this group, could please help me make contact it would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like factory style inners, possibly using single axle trailer fenders. Grafted in for the extra clearance. Or a hand fabricated section. Along with after market hood hinges.
