Converting to short waterpump (long) Missing Anything?

Update
Short waterpump with pulleys are installed. I need to go back to the parts store and get the correct power steering belt. They were one part number off which resulted in a 1 inch shorter belt. New radiator is in and working fine but now I have a squeaking noise that sounds like it is coming from the pulleys or the belt but I cant be sure. Im gonna work on that tonight before I put the power steering belt on. Other than that I am happy with the swap. It took longer than planned but I am glad its done.
