WTB - Vacuum fitting

Looking for a vacuum fitting with "actual" 3/8" threads (not NPT 3/8") and a small (1/8" or so) fitting for the vacuum hose. The local hardware store has one with what initially looks to be 3/8" threads but it tapers larger and won't fit in the threaded port on my intake. Anybody have such a fitting they'd be willing to part with? Thanks.

Re: WTB - Vacuum fitting

So, to follow-up, I used a die to thread the hardware store fitting to a consistent 3/8" diameter. It now fits and so far is working well.

Just curious, what intake do you have? I’ve not seen an intake with straight threads. Does it take an o-ring fitting?

Re: WTB - Vacuum fitting

It's an older Offy on my 292. No o-rings, just apparently straight threads. It's the front one in this pic; I don't remember any issues with the port to the rear, that fitting may have come with the manifold when I got it.
