A Two Car Car Show
I hope everyone had a great weekend. My wifes family had a reunion this weekend and got a good pic with my truck and her cousins '70 Monte Carlo. That thing is a monster. He got it for $1,200 a few months ago.

WOW, how did I miss that car show?
 Nice pics. That Monte looks sweet! Hey 80BIG10, what happed to fall? It was nice last week. Now it's to stinking hot to be outside taking pictures or working for that matter.

WOW, I love that 70! I owned a 70 Monte for 10 years. Drove that car anywhere, and drove it a lot. I bought mine for $1200. in 86. Drove it 150,000 miles till 96 and sold it for $900. I still miss that car
 . Tell him to keep that car. BTW, you have a nice truck too! David

Hey Cochino - You could have had it. It came from Colorado.
7T7 - This car show was very low key. Kinda on the down low. Maybe next year will add another car. I know what you mean about this crazy weather. I planned on doing some things to the truck after driving it 300 miles this weekend but once we got home it was too dang hot. Football and A/C sounded better to me. |

At 16 my wife inherited a mint 70 Monte with black interior and vinyl top, power everything with A/C, and rally wheels...
She immediately traded it in for a Honda 4-door.  I wish I had known at the time.
